Yinyasa Yoga
All levels welcome. Modifications encouraged.
Yinyasa combines energetic vinyasa flow with restorative yin. Students are encouraged to listen to their body, and modify poses as necessary. As long as you're being safe in your body, and breathing, you're practicing yoga. See you on the mat!

After many years of being a yoga student, Shreya completed her teacher training: RYT200, Certified Yin Yoga Teacher. She enjoys sharing her yoga practice and making it accessible to all levels, by encouraging modifications. Shreya teaches classes in person in Austin and virtually.
